Good Points

Easy to find, easy to book on line or via automated phone line.

Bad Points

Customer service. They have frequent changes of staff who seem not to be trained in basic customer care.

20-25 minute queues for overpriced, stale popcorn.

General Comments

Visited in February 2007 to see Charlotte's Web. Had valid complaint about not being able to take my 4 year old daughter to the toilet through the nearest door. Manager unbelievably unhelpful.
Apparently you have to be a mind reader to know which doors to go through.
