I had tried to make a booking online however it kept coming with an error on the email address password. I therefore abandoned the process. There was no message confirming a booking had in fact been made (twice!) and that an email would be sent. By now I had already booked elsewhere.
The customer service attitude was one where the T&C s state no refund after card entry has been made. My point was that I was getting error messages and no booking confirmation. They are adamant about the T&C and don't seem to comprehend the problem at all. The T&C is no compensation and so once booked you're hooked.
To top it all the help desk number is a premium rate number.
