The website is easy to use.
Non-existent customer service. Delivery didn't turn up and they made no contact with me.
The delivery did not turn up and they did not call me to explain the situation. Next day (customer service closes at 11pm) I phoned the customer support number. They informed me that the order had been cancelled and that the store had tried to contact me which they cannot of done as I didn't receive a call. They have my phone number (customer service phoned me back on it) and I was by the phone all evening - no missed calls, no voicemail. I rearranged the order but got no special priority in booking a slot so it will be days more before it arrives. They offered no compensation despite the inconvenience apart from suggesting that I phoned them back after the order arrives to request the delivery fee be refunded. Very disappointing.
