Good Points

General Comments

I usually drink a can of Red Bull when I go to walk with my aunt to help me finish the 5 miles we always walk. A couple of days ago I took 2 capsules of Zantrex 3 instead will a lot of water and it gave me more energy than the Red Bull. When I was done will the five miles, I didn't feel tired at all and I didn't feel hungry in all day. I took the pills in the morning and in the evening I did feel kind of weird. I felt a little nervous and sensitive but that is all and next day everything went back to normal. I think they are good for energy but I would recommend to take them only 3 or 4 days per week to exercise.
