Nice people on the other end of the phone.
Bad Points
I shouldn't really have to speak to someone on the other end of the phone - this is supposed to be a TV package, not a helpline.
General Comments
I've been with normal Top Up TV and the Anytime package. Whilst staff seem nice, the technical competence is worrying. They don't seem to be able to provide what they promise. The hardware for the Top Up TV Anytime service in particular was terrible.

I disagree with this review because... the hardware will be receiving updates to improve usability. Since release there have been fixes and new features added. This includes subtitles being enabled, and Series Link added. There are more updates to come which will both improve reliability and add new features
