Easy to use, drinks ready in less than 30secs. Makes multiple drinks without fuss. A professional looking quarterly newsletter with info on the machine, the Christmas newsletter was packed with recipes - a very nice touch.
Not all T-discs are available in Britain. You have to order green tea and fruit tea over the Internet or by phone directly from company - although these have always arrived promptly within 2 days.
Would recommend for anyone that wants a quick coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the mornings before work without dragging the espresso machine out or waiting for the kettle to boil.
