Good Points

Flexibility in how you use your allowance - texts, x network calls or photo messages
Choice of handsets is good


Bad Points

Allowance only available for basic UK calls and texts
Had to go into an 18 month contract


General Comments

I used to be on the U-fix £15 tariff but Flext 20 offered £33 per month allowance for £15 (special offer discounted from £20). It is good that you are not limited to how many minutes or texts you use within your allowance as the tariff varies accordingly. I haven't been able to use my full allowance as I don't make that many calls - I usually have over £25 left! It is a bit annoying that I am charged extra for sending a text to my brother in New Zealand when I am supposed to have such a large allowance. For low users the Flext is not really such a bargain.
