It's a nice sized practice amp, nice features, etc.
Bad Points
The bad part is that it's defective and I'm having a hard time finding anyone to work on it. The defect appears to be in the circuitry as it sounds equally bad through the speaker and headphones. I have the fender Bassman 25 and it's louder and sounds better.
General Comments
I bought the amp online, which I thought would save me a few bucks, but instead is going to cost me $ to get it repaired plus shipping,etc. Next time I'll try a local merchant so I can make sure it works before I buy.
