There are NO good points!
Bad Points
Well, where do I start? 35kg package shipped out to me from supplier on Wednesday for delivery Thursday. Stayed in all day with assurances that the delivery would happen. No joy. Stayed in all day Friday, with several assurances that it would most definitely be delivered. That's a UPS promise. Right. You can guess - no delivery. Much irate phone calls later, UPS 100% assure that it will be Saturday morning - 9.00 sharp. Right, Time is now 11.40. I don't have to paint a picture, but still no delivery.
General Comments
Why oh why do they send their drivers out without being able to contact them? The only answer we get when we try to find where the delivery is is "It's a relief driver and we can't contact him". That is just not good enough UPS!
