Bad Points

Perhaps slightly too much emphasis on calorie counting.

General Comments

I have appreciated the detailed discussions of pertinent issues around weight loss; eg slimming pills. Useful monthly tips to keep me motivated to eat sensibly. BMI calculator helpful. Links to reasonably priced books on subject.
