Absolutely NONE.
A lot worse than NONE
I started with Post Office Homephone in January 2006, set up a D/D of £25 a month.
I too received a first Bill for Line Rental when I hadn't had a Quarterly bill in April. I phoned PO HP to enquire as to why I had not received a Bill and was told that there was a Technical fault with my Line?
I asked if anybody was coming out to sort it and was told "They are aware of it, and it will be rectified.
I was still able to use my phone and got back to them after 2 weeks, had the same Answers as before, asked to speak to someone in Charge or for them to give me a Phone number to speak to Engineers... the phone went DEAD?
I then wrote a letter of Complaint, got a sort of reply, like the one everybody gets.
No Bills arrived, they were still taking my money out of the Bank though.
July arrived and I was getting nowhere with these People, so cancelled my D/D and sent an E-mail telling them I was fed up with their Service and to send me a First and Final Bill plus a Refund.
In November I got a Letter and a Cheque for £12. and the letter said would you believe it - We are still having Problems and hope to have it sorted within the next 2 weeks.
Here we are in March and I still have not heard a thing, I have even tried sending E-mails to the Support Team to no avail... they just come back from the Web master. I know they still owe me Money + 3 lots of £10 for the inconvenience.
Thank Goodness I have kept their E-mails and letters.
