Support is abysmal.
EFH Broadband are a generally awful ISP. I do not recommend anyone goes near them. We have been cut off several times since they were taken over by 186k. 186k have a habit of taking over small decent ISP's and putting them all onto Tiscali pipes. This happened to us yesterday, and our connection was dropped. Since then we have been unable to re-connect because our user name and password are now incorrect. Support tickets go unanswered and this time all of 186k's phone lines are dead (I thought this could be my line but it does the same on my colleagues). Until I can speak to someone I have no broadband.
Steer well clear of EFH broadband and 186k.
