General Comments

I purchased 2 contracts with the mobs, Aug 2006. Sent all relevant paperwork by recorded delivery. When I telephoned they told me the original deliver note was not sent. I took photocopies of all the paperwork and again sent them another copy. When I telephoned them again, I was told the claim date had gone! I wrote to them 5 times, giving them deadlines, NO REPLY. I also contacted 3, who told me they would investigate, but have never contacted me since. I have now, wasted another £30 taking them to a small claims court, online and still haven't had a reply. In total I have lost £434. My advice to anyone is go to a shop and purchase your phone, don't get one online. The old saying is true, 'if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!
I would like to know if anyone elso has taken them to court and what was the outcome?

    I took them to court and won and they paid up.

    However I have two further outstanding cash back claims against them dating back to last summer / autumn. The last time I looked they seemed to be going insolvent so it isn't worth suing them. You'll only lose your costs.
