Price, Weight, Looks, Power
As i prefer rifles with a bit more weight to them, the weight of this rifle is a bad point to me. However, when i see my friend carrying it with one hand after a few hours of walking, and I'm struggling to even carry my HW97k at all, i can see why people prefer this rifle.
I bought a different spec version of the Genesis.. which didnt have any optical aims on it, and a silencer at the end. I purchased a walther 4 x 32 sight which is great. I believe alot of people have problems and bad things to say about the sight which comes with it, however i have not experienced this as i used an aftermarket sight.
The gun shoots accurately and easily keeps up with my HW97k and my friends TX200. I'm going to buy a 3-9x40 scope for it soon and use it more as its ideal for long days.
The power is quoted full uk legal limit of 12fpe however i had it chroned and it was hitting 11.5fpe constantly. Do not buy cheap pellets for this gun, i use either Crosman Powapell or RWS Superpoint extra fieldline. It has the power to take down rabbits and anything under that weight.
