I arranged a collection and they just didn't bother to collect at all - I tried to enter my details in their tracking system and it didn't accept them. I emailed them to find out what had happened and they gave me a list of times etc. where and when my parcel had been but it was still in the place where it was put to be collected?? I tried again to talk to them but that's a non starter as they have systems in place that wont allow you to talk to a human at all.
General Comments
Never again - Parcels2Go wont get another bean out of me - a joke and if I was you I wouldn't bother... ever.
