Good sized 4WD. Good articulation.
The rumoured 3.0ltr engine & 5th gear problems with the Nissan Patrol GR 3.0 are very real. We had to replace the engine and gearbox spline, at 150,000kms, even though the engine has been carefully looked after it's entire life. We serviced it regularly at 5000km intervals and the car has never towed anything in its life. The engine went in No4 cylinder at the same time the head went. Whilst repairing these items, we found 5th gear was about to let go, due to poor workmanship by Nissan Motor Company.
Don't buy a Nissan Patrol - you are asking for some very expensive trouble in the near future.
