A big name.
Bad Points
The salesman promises high quality but if you're unlucky you won't get it. They're not cheap. Getting remedial works done is a long winded process. I found that work was done by unsupervised contractors and that they might send a plasterer who can't plaster and a tiler who can't tile properly. When I complained they told me 'you're asking for more than is in the contract'. In the end they made hideous compensation offers, eventually.
