You can choose your oils dependent on how you feel/your discussion with your therapist.
If you are suffering from stress or have a hectic lifestyle I would recommend having an aromatherapy massage.
It may take 30mins or 1 Hr out of your day but it is well worth the time and money as you come away feeling as though all your stresses and strains have been taken away.
Added to that the delightful smells of the aromatherapy oils which either relax you or invigorate you, dependent on the outcome of the discussion with your therapist.
This would be my choice of treatment if I was feeling a little tense and wanted to unwind.
