Good Points

I can offer up no 'good points' ...as the item I purchased from 24-7 Electrical was incorrectly advertised ...and still is! I ordered a top of the range Vax carpet cleaner and they sent me the base model! They don't even stock the model I wanted ...so legally you could call it misrepresentation!


Bad Points

Customer Service is non existent! I telephoned a couple or three times and repeatedly got voicemail ...and then I emailed and emailed and emailed ...till eventually I was granted a Returns Order i.e. the item was "approved" for picking up by their chosen courier City Link.

And although 24-7 Electrical have had the item i.e. Vax carpet cleaner now for some seven days ...my credit card has still not been refunded for the charge taken. I've now left matters with the credit card company!


General Comments

What's the difference between 24-7 Electrical and the Jess James Gang? Very little! They're both cowboy organizations! I sincerely hope that 24-7 Electrical go bankrupt, and soon! The Internet does not need resellers this POOR! Just please make sure you haven't ordered anything from them when their ship goes down!

    I think if everyone did what I did when suffering appalling service at the hand's of this mob ...and contacted the manufacturer of the item purchased - in my case VAX ...perhaps the manufacturer's would stop supplying these cowboys, at least officially!
