Neat and smart looking with easy to use control
Bad Points
Noisy fm radio unless close to a transmitter site. Supplied earbuds poor, sounds much better with a pair of sennheiser in -ear buds.Cost!
General Comments
I have had the Torian Infusion Internet Radio for several months now. battery life is as advertised, it plays mp3's well and you can record from the FM radio, which is slightly insensitive compared to other small FM radios I have tested. Internet radio is another thing entirely. I have tried two different routers with the same results on both. It will NOT stream radio or PC sound unless encryption is disabled. I tried both 64 and 128 bit ascii and hex encryption with total failure. The Torian help pages are worse than useless although I did have an e-mail mentioning that they were looking into this and other problems. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then nothing. My Phillps stremium and Logik internet radio have no problems with encryption from either routers. I find it hard to recommend this device until they get all the bugs out of it. I paid a premium for the device with import duty etc and it was not worth it.
