Bad Points

No customer care. The dealership at Lincoln hide behind Citroen UK and they just defer everything to the dealership. I broke down, while under warranty, it took 7 days for Citroen in Lincoln to have my car fixed, they gave me a car for 48 hours and I had to hire one for the remaining period. I asked them to pay for the hire, they apparently call it a 'good will' gesture. It turns out Citroen have no good will left.


General Comments

The dealership at Lincoln hide behind Citroen UK and they just defer everything to the dealership. I broke down, while under warranty, it took 7 days for Citroen in Lincoln to have my car fixed, they gave me a car for 48 hours and I had to hire one for the remaining period. I asked them to pay for the hire, they apparently call it a 'good will' gesture. It turns out Citroen have no good will left. So be warned, if you break down and it takes over 48 hours to fix your car you may very well end up paying extra, and don't forget all the telephone calls trying lodge a complaint they never respond to.

    i think the problem was with citroen my friend. i had a similar problem at a different dealership with my citroen warranty. Had no trouble with my mazda when i broke down, Advantage couldn't do enough. I was quite disstressed and they did all they could.
