Good Points

It was very cheap. Pink Meet and Greet brought the car back at the time they said they would, 15 minutes after we phoned them.


Bad Points

It took them ages to turn up, they didn't seem to know where the North Terminal was. No uniform, very little paperwork.
When they brought the car back, they had obviously been using it for the week. The back seats had been unfolded, they'd clocked up 50 miles plus, it stank of smoke and there were empty sandwich wrappings lying on the floor. They'd removed my Tom Tom Sat Nav fixings.


General Comments

If they take the car and use it, is it covered by any insurance? What happens if it gets involved in an accident, as the owner, do I have any liability?
