I've had my Kenmore 90 Series Washer and Dryer for over eight years and haven't had any problems with it. When is comes to washers and dryer I hardly remember a time when a Kenmore product wasn't on my short list of units I wanted to see and in most case I bought it because they're well built, come in at a good price point and Sears support is always there if you need it. One tip; always buy a service plan, just in case.
Bad Points
Sears needs more and better trained sales people. People who buy from Sears should be reminded that if they follow the manufacturer's recommendations, they'll have a longer lasting major appliance that'll deliver value and good service. Unfortunately today, most people retail, even many at Sears operate on Sell 'em and Forget 'em philosophy.
General Comments
I'm a firm believer that when it come to major appliances you have to do your homework, no excuses. Sears and its Kenmore brand are actually as good or better than their Whirlpool cousins, but at a lower price typically. When is comes to major appliances my money is on Kenmore and then Whirlpool.
