The price was reasonably competitive.
Customer services...
The broadband service was regularly unavailable, then was suddenly cut off without warning. Nobody ever contacted me to explain why this had happened, let alone apologise. Every customer service staff member I contacted contradicted one another, and always failed to return my calls despite promising to do so.
They have caused me endless aggravation, and cost me a fortune in calls to customer and technical support. However, this is a fraction of the true cost of all the wasted time and aggravation I have spent on The Utility Warehouse. I only joined up with this company as a 'friend' was a member of sales staff. I should have stuck to BT for piece of mind.
