Bad Points
May be the furniture, it needs updating but that is happening at the moment, hotel is being re-decorated. The entertainment was not exactly entertaining in the way that it is suppose to be.
General Comments
The Britannia Excelsior is a little gold mine in Italy, it is value for money with superb food and very friendly staff. We went all inclusive and were thrilled with the different selection of beer, wine and spirits you could get, we must have saved a bundle of money! The hotel is in a prime location, with access to the ferry and a bus to Como. For the price you pay for the hotel it cannot be faulted. Absolutely wonderful, I have already booked for my third holiday there in Cadenabbia and would recommend it to anyone.
