Fantastic value for money. This is the cheapest broadband package I have come across. "Broadcall" includes line rental and free calls to all landlines at weekends. If you sign up to gas and electricity (really, really cheap - in fact, probably the cheapest gas and electricity I have ever paid!) then ALL local and national calls to land lines are free 24/7, 365 days a year and 366 in leap years! And, any chargeable calls are charged per second. I have noticed savings if I ever have to call 0845/0870 numbers. By the way - no dropped calls ever when connected.
I only knew about Utility Warehouse through a friend. The company should advertise more widely.
Just think, if I hadn't been introduced to Utility Warehouse by a friend, I would have been paying over the odds for my broadband, my line rental, my calls, my gas, my electricity AND my mobile phone.
The customer service is second-to-none, as it is from the person who introduced Broadcall to me! I can also call the company customer service, based in north London, and they are incredibly helpful too.
Really ... I can't say enough, as I am delighted with this company.
