Good Points

Bright
Head office reply to your e-mails.


Bad Points

Staff very rude and young.
No older staff - seem to be students and forign nationals.
They like to flirt with other members of staff.
They don't like serving customers as they walk off when the tills get busy.
We were treated like something the staff had walked on (is it because we are in our forties and not young flirty things).
Cannot order on-line.
Kept waiting.
Expect you to pay before you see the goods - will not hold any for you - want cash upfront.
A member of staff - who's name I can't mention but begins with *E* was very Rude and did want to help.


General Comments

If you want something quick - Fab, but if you want Bedding/Chairs/Tables etc - Forget it
Delivery is too long and they want your cash first.

Not a Happy Customer.
