Good Points

Seemed to provide a service tailored to my situation.


Bad Points

Numerous calls when I missed a payment - we are talking 15 a day!


General Comments

I have been more than happy overall with the service I have received from Black horse. They really stood the test when I fell behind with my payments because I lost my job, other than the fact I had 15 missed calls from them on the phone, by which stage I was terrified to speak to them, I was pleasantly surprise when a charming Scots girl treated me like I wasn't a naughty child! They manage to take on board the fact that my situation was short term and set me up my own payment plan to sort me out, she was polite and positive on the phone and left me determined to pay them asap! So well done Black horse I hope everyone's experience will be the same!
