Relatively quick response (40mins during rush hour).
They have claimed that I didn't follow the advice given by the garage which was not true (but I didn't want to spend my time to follow up the issue, because of maybe £50 I lost); the garage chosen by First Call was not good (alternator had to be replaced again after 4 months; for free this time, but I had to pay for travel and lost lots of time).

First Call GB Ltd breakdown cover is cheap, but the performance is accordingly. I will choose one of the bigger companies in the future, because once you are stuck and you are 'covered' by a company like First Call, it gets very annoying (and potentially expensive).
