Good features, reasonable price for colour phone
responds slightly slow when texting
I have mixed feelings about the T300 after owning it for six months. It only cost me £20 on an upgrade and my old fone a sony j70 had been fantastic so I stuck with the brand. The phones looks are quite unusual, a little i mac looking tho quite boxy, it appealed to me anyway tho in retrospect the t68i is nicer. The screen is quite low res and is only 256 colour but its a lot prettier than black and green and is fine for colour logos and pretty menus. Although I didn't get a camera attachment when I do get sent a photo message they can look quite grainy although it should be pointed out that this is the phones screen and pictures taken with the camera would be higher quality on a PC or better phone. Although the phone does respond slightly slowly it is only a problem is you are really quick at texting or when playing games. The phone is great for puzzle games etc but the screen can't cope with faster games. The games are available through the internet in this country for £4.50 at the moment. Hopefully the launch of the T610 with Tony hawks skateboarding will prompt some better game development, incidently this game while graphically pretty isn't very playable. This phone is good if you are not a massive texter and want a cheap colour upgrade but if you can get the T68i, it's slightly better looking has more features and is about the same price. The t610 may also be an improvement although it seems to be a very similar phone.
