Powerful vacuum.
Innovative design
Easy emptying
Dyson claim the filter only needs cleaning, when mine lost suction I called them and they said really it needs cleaning out weekly.
A little heavy to carry up stairs and vacuum the stairs the the same time.
I have two of these and they are both used daily in my B&B business, they are both over two years old, and still going strong.
One of the turbo heads stopped spinning, I called Dyson and they sent a replacement with no quibble.
I wash the filters once week and at the same time I flush the dust collector out with a garden hose, this keeps the machine sucking at peek power.
The only thing that does need improving is some of the edges need rounding off, as you're pulling the vacuum along it tends to catch on frames which is a bit of a pain.
I understand the standard warranty is now 3 years on any Dyson now
