Gets your teens out of the house
Great pay once out of uni
Lots more opportunity's for your Sims.
Take too long to finish uni.
If you join a greekhouse you have to manage all the players.
I was extremely addicted to this at first, but it quickly wore off unlike the other expansion packs. I now rarely play this one, It really depends on your objectives on the game, what you want to get out of it. Currently I am trying to build a decent family tree, so putting teens into Uni is just prolonging the time it takes for the family to grow. But if you want to get a good career and earn lots of money, this is the pack for you!
