Says things are in stock when they aren't and don't let you know straight away.


General Comments

I ordered a pair of trainers on the Monday that showed on the computer as being in stock, they took my money straight away and said that they were due to arrive in 3 days. I then had an email to confirm my order. On the Friday 4 days after placing the order I had another email stating that one or more of the goods I had ordered were out of stock (even though I only ordered one item) and they wouldn't be able to fulfil my order. When I tried to speak to someone on the phone, I could never get through to a human being (not very helpful). Surely a big company should have stock control linked in with the web site and should only sell stock that they have, it would save customers a lot of time and money.
