None that I can find! Allegedly free business banking, but they are costing me money in chasing up my complaints.
Where do I start? I have had the account since November 06 and still can't access my account online (now Feb 07). The customer services staff are powerless to help at best and downright rude at worst. The complaints team don't respond to complaints. I am told by custumer services that they screen all complaints and then decide if they are worthy of response. Therefore, if your complaint is not deemed worthy of response, there is nothing you can do. I am totally frustrated by this bank and at a loss for how to proceed.
If you are thinking of banking with Abbey business - don't do it. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
