Too many to list
Total waste of space. EPG does not work at all, well not unless you only want to record one programme at a time, one day at a time!!!!! You can only record in advance using timer which then doesn`t label recording, you have to input manually, so if you go on holiday you will need to spend a few hours inputting everything!! I BOUGHT ONE FROM JOHN LEWIS who acknowledged the fault and even contacted SONY, but their solution was I had to contact SONY and download info from them and eventually when they could get around to rectifying their software and or repair their satellite transmitter ( I kid you not!!!!!) I would eventually, whatever that means, have a functioning EPG. I EVENTUALLY LOST MY COOL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK, but was told I couldn`t purchase any more products from JOHN LEWIS (i`m BANNED !!!!!) so the moral of this tale is, DO NOT BELIEVE IN JOHN LEWIS`S 2 YEAR GUARANTEE OR IN SONY PRODUCTS OR THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE. They are both still selling this product (FEB 02) AND IT IS DEFINITELY STILL NOT WORKING !!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!.PS I have purchased a HUMAX PVR-9200T AND IT IS FAR FAR SUPERIOR TO ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MARKET AND COST ME £50 LESS THAN THE SONY NEARLY 6 MONTHS AGO. Phew I feel better now getting that off my chest.
