10 shot mag, very nice stock shape, easy charging, pressure gauge, very quiet, smooth bolt action
No safety catch !
Well where can i start i have had a few spring air guns in the past and it took me about 5 different models until i was happy.
Then after 3 years i thought it was time for an upgrade so i went to my local gun smiths and did a lot of looking and the gunsmith showed me a few PCP models which i would strongly recommend if your thinking of spending this sort of cash as there is a real big difference in styles and sizes, you just can't tell from the magazines!
Anyway back to the point he dug out an air arms S410 classic with A VERY NICE WALNUT STOCK, well that was it i tried shooting it down the range, it was so quiet compared to the spring guns and no kick and the 10 shot magazine bolt action just sold it to me SOLD !!
So after all the extras i could get and a very light wallet i had to try it that day.
Well what a difference after sighting the scope in on targets the Air arms was a dream so quiet and ten shots to fire with out breaking the barrel , AND I FOUND I GOT WELL OVER 100 SHOTS PER CHARGE using RWS super point, and highly accurate 25 -50 yards or more if you have a steadier hand than me !
The only couple of winges' is that when i got my gun 5 years ago there was a slight notchiness to the bolt action but like a new engine its tight from new. ' But don't let this put anyone off buying one as a bit of oil and a few hundred shots its perfect and has been since!
The gun would be perfect for target shooting or hunting what ever!
I would recommend it to anybody and i can see me still shooting with this rifle for the next ten years !
(so long as the laws don't change )
