Not a single factor.
Poor quality of food.
Very limited leg room.
Very poor communications from Ground staff and Cabin Crew.
Outbound flight from Gatwick to Monastir was delayed by 3 hours with no explanation from their staff.
Inbound flight from Monastir to Gatwick was delayed by 2 hours with no explanation from staff.
Take something to eat for the flight, the food was very poor quality.
It would seem that Nouvelair flights to Tunisia are regularly delayed as our transfer rep from our resort to Monastir airport joked about the flight more than likely not being on time.
