A good film, visually great with the Coen Brothers trademark weirdness and wicked humour!

Tim Robbins plays a young, naive, small-town kid hoping to make it big in the city. He has to start off in the mail room of a big company and soon rises to the top, unfortunately he is just being used a pawn by some evil shareholders...
