As in all books organised by ingredient, it can be harder to find some recipes but the book is well-indexed.

Fantastic recipes, they all work too. Some ingredients may be difficult to source but it's worth the effort. Well-written and as evocative as the food itself. The ice-cream recipes are particularly good. This is my favourite cookbook now.
