None really; it's cheap, but with such awful service, who cares?
Bad Points
Unreliable, slow, unspeakably rotten service. Too bad to be true.
General Comments
This is the How Not To Do It of broadband provision. I had assumed that after Pipex acquired them, HomeCall would improve - but it hasn't happened. I run a PC supplier for small and medium-sized businesses, so I know a bit about broadband providers, installation, what's good and what's not.
Two members of my family have HomeCall Broadband, and the service has been as bad as anything I've ever encountered. The only thing they have ever done efficiently was take money.
