Good Points

It worked very well and did everything I wanted it to.

Bad Points

This software installed malicious programs on my computer. 3 Trojans and fake error messages directing me to download patches and registry cleaner. I could not repair problems until I uninstalled this software.

General Comments

I am launching a complaint with my supplier to try and get a refund. I will never purchase a Roxio product again.
