There aren't any.
On hold forever on phone support. They do not ring back or answer emails. Support phone calls, although a 10p per minute number, can amount up to £10, and then still get disconnected before answered. Constant downtime.
Biscit Broadband are an awful ISP. The service is forever down. There is also a lot of SPAM in their email boxes. NO Customer support. NO Technical support, as on that phone line you get put through to an operator who takes a callback number, but you never get called back. Premium rate technical support number - either leave a message not to be taken any notice of, or get engaged tone after waiting. HATE to release a MAC code, even after new legislation (February 14th 2007). Want you to cancel service which is not recommended by Ofcom. Can never get anyone on phones above an operator. Unsatisfactory service all round.
