Bad Points
Did not pick goods up at all. Three days later I complained and they said they would send my cheque back!
General Comments
Very poor communication; actually no communication. When you have the nerve to complain, ANC Courier Service are extremely unfriendly in their tone. They would not give me a customer service number. I was advised if I wanted to complain, then I had to write to the woman who I was speaking to!
