Good Fitters and nice product at end.

I felt that attempts were made to add unnecessary extras onto the price and thought they became unapproacable when we couldn't agree.
General Comments
Although this company has been establish a number of years, I don't feel all staff were courteous at all times.
The workmanship from the workforce is good and commendable, however some other staff were in my opinion not good enough in their customer service skills.
Next time I would sooner pay more for less hassle and good customer service.
