Good Points

Kuoni had the better rooms in the hotel where we stayed, private transfers to the hotel, scheduled flights.


Bad Points

The cost was completely different from the brochure to what we paid, due to surcharges and increase airline/tour costs!


General Comments

We have been on a few Kuoni holidays, although they are sometimes a little bit pricey, we always think you pay for what you get. We always get a discount through an agent we found on Google www.travelclubelite.com who offer 6% off on all Kuoni holidays somehow! Everything went well right from when we received confirmation, you receive a nice guide book with it as well. The flights with Virgin were all on time and we paid the extra to upgrade. Our chauffeur driven transfer was there waiting for us. Couldn't fault our hotel and although we didn't pay any extra to upgrade our room it looks as though we got one. So we have done Switzerland, Florida and Egypt with Kuoni. We are looking at Dubai next!
