Good Points

Easy to find your way around this website. Lots of information and contact details.

Bad Points

Can be a bit fiddly trying to contact them as they have a list of problems you might have and you must refer to list. Persist and you soon find a customer service contact. Typing errors cost you money!

General Comments

EasyJet, as most people know are a no-frills airline. They have 258 routes available to 68 European airports. If they don't fly there, then it's probably not worth visiting! Not only can you get cheap flights via their website, you can also track down Hotels, Travel Insurance and Car Rental.
If you make a booking online you are given a password and you can access your booking at any time. You can use this to check your detail and even change certain aspects of your journey or amend named passengers details. [more of this later].
Easyjet keep their prices down to a minimum due to it being a 'no-ticket' airline. You can even sign up for offers via your email address. There is even a section for job opportunities, in case you fancy a change of career.
Only one problem I can see with this method of booking online. You, as the booker are liable for any small mistakes that may occur during booking. If you happen to type in a wrong date, or even a typing mistake with a name can cost you dearly. Once you hit that 'enter' key, then you are committed. Easyjet, as with most companies, charge to make amends to all details. Now this is all very well if your mate John Smith can't make the trip and you ask Ian Brown to come instead - this is officially a change of name and a fee will be administered. However be extra careful if you accidentally key the name John Breown when it should read John Brown. You have obviously hit the 'E' at the same time as you went to hit the 'R' and totally changed the name of the passenger. A typing mistake that will cost you dearly.
Easyjet at present, through their customer service charge £25 for each change. A small reduction is available via their website. Please type all names as they appear on the passport. If you are booking for friends and one happens to be called Bob, chances are his name appears as Robert on his passport. Silly mistakes that can bump up the price of your trip.
At this point, I would like to point out that my 'better half' hit a wrong key and changed the name of one of his friends. Turns out his friend liked his original name better and the selfish sod refuses to change his name by deedpoll. Hence the need to check and double check all details before you submit them.
