Customer service is not good get no answer and they never reply to emails.
Money taken from my account but no goods have been received.


General Comments

I made a order for my girlfriend for valentine's day on the 27-01-07, which was invoiced on 29-01-07. Now its been 2 weeks on the date of this review that I still haven't received my goods, I've sent loads of emails and had no reply, I've rang them and keep being asked to leave a fax which don't need to do, also at the time of this review the website seems to just show a cannot find page display, it was working yesterday, so I guess all the complaints they know about, I'm going to see what my bank can do about this, but does any one have any idea's how I could get my money back?

    I am struggling to get hold of them too. I ordered a snowboard game from Boys Stuff before Christmas for my boyfriend. It arrived, but it didn't work. I eventually got through on the phone, and I was told to send it back via recorded delivery. They received it and said they would refund the postage and send out a new one. That was a month ago, and I haven't received anything, and I can't get in touch with them!

    I am exactly in the same boat. I bought a Mr Site Takeaway Website as a present and I had to go through the embarrasement of no present and a very convoluted explanation that maybe my partner thought was a poor excuse...

    These people don't seem to care at all: they've never replied to any of my numerous emails, voicemails, etc, I don't know what their voices sound like and I am beginning to think this is a ghost company. And then they have the audacity to display a number of awards for one of 10 Best Websites or whatever. I haven't received the product and it doesn't seem like I am going to receive it either. I do practically all my shopping online and this is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I have initiated a VISA dispute to at least try to get my money back.

    Good luck with your order, I hope you get at least your money back too.

    Finally, my order arrived on Valentines day and everything was intact. My views about Boys Stuff still haven't changed, and in the future I'll try somewhere more reliable.

    Its been 2 months since I ordered my bro's 21st Birthday present and I have still not received the gift. I have written to BBC watch dog about this. I suggest as many people do the same so we can get the story out and maybe finally get our orders delivered!
