The service itself, the customer service.
General Comments
Slow, disconnects a peak times. Been with them for 2 1/2 years ... only renewed because they said they would price match ... turns out that their price match for an unlimited package meant putting us on a 2gb capped package and then charging us 8 months later for over usage and phone call charges - which of course drew our attention to 'our mistake'. Now we want to cancel - I have been calling them (20 minutes at a time) and have been told on 4 occasions that they will call me back - and they haven't - I have been emailing them - no response until this morning (4 months later) telling me that they will cancel the service when we have coughed up £250 in bills and a £35 cancellation fee.
I have been in contact with trading standards. NEW LEGISLATION 14TH FEB - internet providers HAVE to give you your MAC code on request. Also refer to 'the supply of goods & services ACT 1982' for breaches in their services.
