I made my booking with Pink Meet and Greet and received my email confirmation. On the day of travel we set out to Gatwick and as requested by the company I rang the 24 hour mobile number 15 minutes before arrival at the airport. The so called 24 hour mobile rang and rang, then was engaged, then rang and rang, then was engaged this carried on for 45 minutes until the person was obviously fed up of me calling and turned the mobile off.
I had by this point arrived at the meet point with no sign of a Pink Meet and Greet representative. I asked another company if they knew of Pink Meet and Greet to which the person smiled and said not another one! He proceeded to tell me I was not the first to be waiting hours for the so called Pink Meet and Greet.
Not wanting to miss my flight I drove to the Long Stay and went on holiday. I am extremely annoyed that a company are able to get away with this. I shall, in future, be more careful and read the review sites, which if I had read before booking I would not have booked. I have tried contacting Pink Meet and Greet, they do not reply to emails and the land-line number has a message saying the mail box is full.
My advice is stay clear of Pink Meet and Greet at Gatwick. They have nothing to do with Purple Parking at Heathrow who are excellent. Do not always go for the cheapest deal, there is a reason why they are so cheap. In this case they take your money and don't turn up. It is a complete scam.
I want to prevent other people losing there money in this way.
