Good Points
Folds down well and has a cable winding facilty.

Bad Points
Too many plastic items especially where the stress points occur.

General Comments
I purchased Qualcast Elan32 cylinder mower after many years of service from the ????35 model which I still have and it works better than the Elan32. There have been breakages to plastic parts and I cannot find anyone locally or anywhere on the internet to get spare parts. The bottom 'cutter' plate design is rounded and does not make a clean cut like the older cylinder mowers. The height adjustment is almost impossible to operate and when you do change it it is either right down or very high. I am sure if someone was to design a small cylinder electric mower using metal parts with the UK user & lawn sizes in mind they would sell millions but once one has purchased the plastic models you wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
